Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns when shopping with God's Handprint

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days]. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you informed.

Delivery Time: Estimated shipping times:

• UK: 2–5 business days 

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Customs & Duties (for international orders): Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches your country.

We understand things don’t always work out. You may return most items within 

14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging 
• Tags must be intact 
• Proof of purchase is required 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to return an item:

1. Email us at admin@godshandpront.co,.uk with your order number and reason for return 
2. We’ll provide return instructions and address 
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your account.
